Black Library Advent Caldendar
Be’Lakor, The Dark Master
Dataslate £2.49 / $3.99 Available here
Know as the first Daemon Prince, Be’lakor has stalked the worlds of the Imperium since the beginnings of mortal memory. Favoured of the four Chaos Gods, he has ever been in the midst of their plots and plans, his own manipulations and schemes reach far across the stars and down through the millennia. As the End Times draw close, Be’lakor once again musters his power in the shadows, standing in the shadow of Abaddon the Despolier as he embarks upon his 13th Black Crusade.
This Dataslate contains the ancient history and recent exploits of the Daemon Prince Be’lakor, as well as the full rules for using him in your games of Warhammer 40,000.
Battlescroll £2.49 / $3.99 Available here
Legends tell of how Be’lakor was the first Daemon Prince created by the Chaos Gods, ruling over empires and tribes across the Old World since time immemorial. A master of manipulation and deception, the Daemon has been behind the fall of kings and deaths of countless champions, few experiencing his jealously as sharply as those that would usurp his place as favoured servant of the gods. Many a lord of the Dark Gods has been undone by putting their trust in the Daemon, realising only too late that Be’lakor’s dark designs serve only his own mysterious purpose.
This Battlescroll details the long history and evil desires of the Daemon Prince Be’lakor, as well as the full rules for using him in your games of Warhammer.
Be’Lakor, The Dark Master Collection £4.49/ $6.99 Available here
Contains both the dataslate and battlescroll
All available in Mobi and ePub Format. Compatible with Android, Kindle and iBooks devices.
So the Black Library Advent Calendar has started with a big Daemonic bang and I am certainly intrigued by these releases.
Having the Dataslate for 40K and the Battlescroll for Fantasy giving the rules and the fluff to a model is certainly a great way to dive in and get them added to your army and is a perfect way to add models and characters that have yet to appear in codices, supplements and army books.
I have to say that if I had the money I would be snapping these up and adding him to my horde, but for the time being I am loving the art and looking forward to seeing what else the Black Library Advent Calendar brings
Are any Daemon players out there excited to see this epic chap?
What do you guys think about the Battlescrolls and Dataslates?
